We are a developer investing in the construction of office space in Łódź. We have been operating on the market since 2000. We specialize in both the construction of modern office complexes and the revitalization of post-factory buildings, which are perfect as well-adapted offices for rent. Łódź is a wonderful city full of original, post-industrial, potentially office spaces that we are trying to adapt anew. Our investment at Dowborczyki 25 Street in Łódź – Faktoria Business Center, was one of the first examples of the adaptation of an old factory into a modern office building.
